Q: I registered a new account, but I can't seem to buy anything right now. Where do I find prices and the 'buy' button?

A: New accounts will be approved within 24-48 hours following registration. Once the account is approved, you will be able to view pricing and purchase products.

Q: Why do I need to register to see the pricing?

A: Account registration allows us to apply service contract discounts and/or verify tax-exempt status prior to purchasing.

Q: My account is approved, but I still do not see pricing.

A: Please log out, refresh the page, and log back into the site.

Q: What if I cannot find the part I need on the webstore?

Tax Exempt & Purchase Orders

Q: What if I registered my tax status on my account incorrectly?

A: Please contact makalya.melanson@netzsch.com to fix the tax setup.

Q: How can I add my tax certificate?

A: Please add your tax-exempt certificate during account registration or contact makalya.melanson@netzsch.com to complete this step.

Q: What if my company qualifies for partial tax exemption?

A: Please register your account and contact makalya.melanson@netzsch.com to setup the partial exemption.

Q: Can I pay with a purchase order (PO)?
